We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining structures and fixtures using a variety of hand and power tools. Your expertise will contribute to high-quality building projects, ensuring safety, precision, and durability. Duties

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute projects accurately
• Construct frameworks, walls, floors, ceilings, and other structures using wood, concrete forms, siding, drywall, and related materials
• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or cranes safely to assist with material handling and positioning
• Perform concrete finishing and forming tasks to create smooth surfaces and sturdy foundations
• Install siding, drywall, and other exterior or interior finishes with precision and attention to detail
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, assembling, and fastening materials
• Assist in restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged structures or fixtures

Requirements

• Proven experience in carpentry or construction work with a strong understanding of building processes
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
• Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing techniques, drywall installation, siding application, welding basics, and woodworking skills
• Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or working at heights
• Commitment to safety protocols and quality standards on all job sites
• Valid construction experience with the ability to adapt quickly to different project requirements
