Duties

• Assist with framing, including metal stud framing, wood framing, and concrete forming to create sturdy structures.
• Perform trim carpentry tasks such as door hanging, fixture installation, cabinetry, and siding.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various construction activities.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise execution of projects.
• Support restoration efforts including water damage remediation, mold remediation, plastering, stucco application, and general renovation tasks.
• Install roofing materials, flooring, tiles, and perform drywall finishing with attention to detail.
• Conduct heavy lifting and material handling while adhering to safety protocols on busy construction sites.

Experience

• Prior experience in construction or related industries such as manufacturing or remodeling is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and fabrication techniques is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical work, masonry, or water damage restoration adds value.
• Knowledge of using CNC machinery or metal fabrication tools is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work effectively at heights or in confined spaces.
• Demonstrated understanding of safety standards relevant to construction site operations.
