Carpenter for construction/SHUTTERING

Will be responsible for erecting, assembling and dismantling formwork for columns, walls, beams, slabs, stairs and foundations. The employee must be able to read structural drawings, set out dimensions, check levels, plumb and alignment, install props and supports, apply release agents, and complete formwork according to approved drawings and site instructions. The candidate must have practical experience in building construction, understand formwork systems and temporary supports, use carpentry tools safely, maintain good quality standards and follow all HSE requirements. Previous experience on residential or commercial projects is required. The candidate must be physically fit, reliable, able to work under pressure and cooperate with supervisors, steel fixers, masons and other site teams. The Steel Fixer will be responsible for cutting, bending, placing and fixing reinforcement steel for foundations, columns, walls, beams, slabs, stairs and other structural elements. Duties include reading reinforcement drawings and BBS, checking bar sizes and spacing, installing laps, couplers, chairs, spacers and cover blocks, tying reinforcement correctly and preparing the reinforcement for inspection and concrete works. The candidate must have proven experience in reinforced concrete construction, understand structural drawings and reinforcement details, use steel-fixing tools safely and work accurately according to approved specifications. Experience with high-rise, residential or commercial projects is preferred. The employee must be physically fit, safety-conscious, disciplined and able to work effectively with formwork carpenters, MEP teams, PT specialists and site supervisors. MASON / BLOCK MASON The Mason will be responsible for blockwork, brickwork, concrete-block installation, wall construction, plastering, rendering, screeding, minor concrete repairs and general masonry works according to drawings and site instructions. Responsibilities include setting out walls, checking levels and alignment, preparing and applying mortar, cutting blocks, forming openings, maintaining correct joints and completing surfaces to the required quality. The candidate must have practical experience in building construction and be able to understand basic drawings, measurements and levels. Knowledge of plastering, screeding, waterproofing preparation and repair works is an advantage. The employee must be physically fit, detail-oriented, reliable, able to work independently and committed to maintaining safe and clean working areas. TILE FIXER The Tile Fixer will be responsible for installing ceramic, porcelain, marble and other wall and floor finishes in accordance with approved drawings and specifications. Duties include preparing surfaces, checking levels and slopes, setting out tile layouts, cutting and fixing tiles, applying adhesive, maintaining correct joints and alignment, installing trims, completing grouting and protecting finished surfaces. The candidate must have proven experience in residential or commercial tiling works and be able to achieve accurate lines, levels, falls and finished edges. Experience with large-format tiles, wet areas, stairs, balconies and external paving is preferred. The employee must be physically fit, precise, reliable, able to follow instructions and capable of delivering high-quality finishes while complying with all site safety requirements.

Candidates already in the UAE must have valid legal work status and be able to obtain the required work permit through the employer
