Carpenter Foreman

• Supervise and lead carpentry teams for reinforced concrete, shuttering and formwork works.
• Plan and distribute daily work among carpenters and workers.
• Execute and supervise formwork, shuttering and reinforcement-related carpentry works as per approved drawings.
• Read and interpret structural drawings, dimensions, levels and specifications.
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, dimensions and installation of formwork before concrete casting.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors and other construction teams.
• Monitor work progress, manpower productivity and material requirements.
• Inspect completed carpentry and formwork works to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and project requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction carpentry, preferably in reinforced concrete and formwork works.

• Proven experience as a Carpenter Foreman / Shuttering Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of shuttering, formwork and concrete-related carpentry works.
• Ability to read and understand structural drawings and measurements.
• Good knowledge of formwork installation, alignment, leveling and dismantling.
• Strong leadership and manpower management skills.
• Ability to supervise a team and meet project deadlines.
• GCC/UAE construction experience is preferred.
• Relevant technical qualification or vocational training is an advantage.
