We’re looking for a skilled Carpenter Multi to join our responsive repairs and maintenance team. Working within Social Housing properties, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services that make a real difference to our residents. What You’ll Do

As a Carpenter Multi, you’ll carry out a wide range of reactive repairs and maintenance tasks across occupied and void properties, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You’ll take ownership of jobs from start to finish, aiming for a first-time fix wherever possible while working within agreed timescales and budgets. You’ll work closely with colleagues and supervisors, identify when additional trades are required, accurately record job information using electronic systems, and maintain excellent relationships with residents and clients.
