What You'll Do- Read and understand drawings and specifications, and contribute to creating as-built drawings

• Install and properly align door frames and hardware, ensuring all components are secure and functional

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of job site safety, with the ability to evaluate job hazards and complete pre-work task planning, focusing on hazard identification

• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, interact effectively with all levels of management, show initiative, and work independently or collaboratively as needed

• Lead small construction projects and communicate schedule estimates, progress, and impacts

• Create as-built drawings for completed work

• Ability to produce parts lists and work plans based on drawings or field observations What You'll Bring- Minimum of 5+ years of verifiable experience as a Journeyman Carpenter (applicants with less than 5 years will be assessed for experience level and considered)

• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions

• Capability to create as-built drawings for completed work

• Experience in measuring, cutting, and installing door frames and hardware preferred

• Flexibility to complete job scopes outside of typical core competencies as required and willingness to travel to various project locations as required

• Extensive experience with hand and power tools

• Experience operating scissor lifts, boom lifts, forklifts and experience with hand power tools and ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions Essential Physical Demands:

$32.00 - $60.70/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
