Carpenter (Trade) Foreman

Responsibilities Brasfield & Gorrie is hiring an experienced Carpenter Foreman to lead a crew on an active power plant construction project in Carrollton, GA. This is a leadership role for a skilled industrial carpenter ready to supervise crews, manage daily production, and help drive a major industrial build to completion.

About The Role As Carpenter Foreman, you'll supervise and coordinate a crew of construction carpenters, oversee daily work quality and safety compliance, and serve as the on-site point of accountability for carpentry operations on this industrial project.

Carpenter Foreman Job Responsibilities

• p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Supervise, coordinate, and schedule a crew of 3–15 construction carpenters daily
• p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Record personnel, production, and operational data on required forms/reports
• p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Provide hands-on assistance to crew using hand tools and equipment as needed
• p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Inspect work progress, equipment, and jobsite conditions to verify safety and confirm specifications are met
• p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Maintain strict compliance with jobsite safety protocols in a drug-free workplace
• p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Perform physical duties including long periods of stooping, bending, and standing
• p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Frequently lift materials weighing up to 70 lbs

Carpenter Foreman Qualifications & Experience

• p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">3–5 years of industrial/commercial construction foreman experience preferred
• p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Proven experience managing carpentry crews and/or subcontractors preferred
• p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Ability to stoop, bend, and stand for extended periods
• p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Strong communication and crew leadership skills
