Carpenter/Flooring

Overview
Join our construction team as a Carpenter/Laborer and become an essential part of transforming our A-frame Retreat through skilled craftsmanship. This role offers a great opportunity to work on diverse projects, from flooring, doors, etc. We value safety, precision, and teamwork, providing a paid position where your skills make a significant impact every day. 9am - 5pm Monday-Friday. $20-$25 DOE

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools, power tools
• Perform medium lifting, material fabrication, rebar installation, and concrete forming as required for different phases of construction
• Install flooring, doors
• Contribute to site preparation activities such as medium lifting, scaffolding setup, and site cleanup to maintain safety standards

Experience

• Prior construction site experience with familiarity in carpentry, flooring, or remodeling projects is highly desirable
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, woodwork, and fixture installation
• Ability to perform safely and efficiently in various weather conditions
• Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical work or masonry is beneficial but not mandatory
• Strong work ethic with a focus on safety protocols and quality craftsmanship

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
