Duties

• Assist with fabrication and assembly tasks as required.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Perform carpentry and joinery work, ensuring high-quality finishes.
• Engage in roofing activities, including installation and repairs.
• Conduct heavy lifting as necessary, adhering to safety protocols.
• Participate in construction painting projects, maintaining cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Support plumbing tasks, including installations and repairs.
• Carry out masonry work, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.
• Assist with electrical tasks under supervision, demonstrating a basic understanding of electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fabrication, assembly, or general construction is preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, joinery, roofing, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work is advantageous.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently throughout the day.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
