Position Description:

Join our team as a Carpenter/Installer! We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fabricate, construct, and install RF shielding components for a variety of commercial projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, construct, and install high-quality RF shielding components according to blueprints and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Utilize a variety of woodworking and metalworking tools and equipment, including saws, drills, grinders, and welding equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and best practices.

Position Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid Driver's License (non-CDL)
• OSHA 10 certification
• Ability to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Experience:

• 2+ years of proven experience in carpentry, including proficiency in using hand and power tools (saws, routers, jointers, etc.)
• Experience with metal fabrication techniques (e.g., welding, bending, shearing)
• Experience with RF shielding or related technologies

Travel:

• Limited travel is required for on-site installations at various locations throughout the United States.
• Travel typically involves Monday-Friday workweeks with weekend returns.

Physical Demands:

• This position requires physical exertion, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing for extended periods.
• The ability to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds is essential.
• Requires close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

• May be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, vibration, and noise.
• Occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions.
