Carpenter/Laborer

We are looking for experienced, dependable construction laborers to join our crew. The ideal candidate will h have hands-on construction experience, a solid understanding of basic construction practices, and the ability to work efficiently and safely with a crew.

Requirements:

• Previous construction experience required
• Basic construction knowledge and hands-on skills
• Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Must provide basic hand tools necessary for the position
• Must have strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to follow directions and work well independently and as part of a team
• Ability to perform physical labor, including but not limited to, lifting, carrying, bending, climbing, and working outdoors in extreme heat and cold conditions
• Must be comfortable working around water
• Must be willing to learn and take direction
• Good communication and common sense are essential
• Must take pride in the quality of your work and be willing to work hard, stay motivated, take initiative, and strive to exceed expectations while growing with crew.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, hardworking, and takes their job seriously. We need someone who can show up ready to work, think on their feet, and contribute to the crew- not someone who needs constant supervision.

Most of our work is residential- mainly boat houses/bulkheads on the lake- but varies project to project.

We offer steady work and opportunities for the right person who wants to become a valuable, long-time part of the crew. There is room to grow and take more responsibility for someone who proves themselves. Performance evaluations will be conducted every 90 days, providing opportunities for advancement, increased responsibilities, and potential pay increases based on performance, work ethic, reliability, skill development, and overall contribution to the crew.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
