We are looking for a reliable Carpenter / Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate has residential construction or carpentry experience, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a professional team building high-quality outdoor living spaces.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with building new composite and PVC decks
• Tear out and replace existing decks
• Install framing, joists, beams, posts, decking and railings
• Install composite decking and various railing systems
• Assist with stairs, pergolas, pavilions and other outdoor structures
• Read and follow basic construction plans and measurements
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Load, unload and organize materials
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Work with the crew to complete projects efficiently and according to specifications
• Communicate professionally with homeowners when working on their property
• Follow company construction standards and quality-control procedures

Qualifications

Preferred:

• 1+ year of residential carpentry or construction experience
• Deck-building experience is a plus
• Experience using saws, drills, impact drivers and other construction tools
• Ability to read a tape measure and understand basic measurements
• Ability to follow plans and instructions
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Good attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift materials and perform physical construction work

We will also consider motivated individuals with limited experience who are willing to learn.
