Responsibilities

• Operate power tools safely and effectively for woodworking and carpentry tasks.
• Perform trim carpentry, including installing, repairing, and finishing trim elements in residential settings.
• Work with wood construction materials to build, install, or repair structures as needed.
• Assist with various residential carpentry projects, ensuring work meets quality standards and project specifications.
• Follow all safety protocols related to power tool use and general construction site safety.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity.

Requirements

• Experience with power tools used in woodworking and carpentry.
• Knowledge of trim carpentry techniques and residential construction practices.
• Ability to handle wood construction materials with precision and care.
• Strong commitment to safety, particularly regarding power tool operation.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
• Prior experience in residential carpentry is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
