We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our residential framing crew. No experience necessary! We're willing to train anyone who shows up ready to work, learn, and be part of the team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Frame residential homes and additions
• Build walls, install floor systems, and frame roofs
• Install sheathing and assist with truss installation
• Work alongside experienced carpenters
• Keep jobsites clean and organized

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation to jobsites
• Must be comfortable working at heights
• Willing to learn and work hard
• Dependable and able to work Monday–Friday
• Own hand tools and tool belt/bag preferred (tools can be provided during the initial training period)
• Previous construction or carpentry experience is a plus, but not required
