Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. Duties

• Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution
• Operate hand tools and power tools for woodworking, framing, drywall installation, trim work, and fixture mounting
• Perform heavy lifting and material handling of wood construction materials, siding, roofing components, and other building supplies
• Install doors, cabinets, windows, drywall, stucco, siding, and other fixtures with precision and care
• Assist in concrete forming, rebar installation, plastering, caulking, tile laying, and roofing tasks as needed
• Support restoration projects including water damage repair, plastering, and general site cleanup
• Follow power tool safety protocols while using CNC machines, woodworking machines, metal stud framing tools, and other equipment

Requirements

• Proven construction experience with a focus on residential carpentry or general labor roles
• Ability to read construction plans and technical drawings accurately
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in woodworking and framing
• Knowledge of woodworking machines and metal stud framing techniques
• Experience with drywall installation, door hanging, cabinet installation, or remodeling projects is preferred
• Strong understanding of power tool safety standards and proper handling procedures
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as required
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
