We are looking for dependable, hardworking tradespeople to join our crews immediately.Positions AvailableWe are building out specialized crews and looking for field pros who take pride in their craft:

• Carpenters: Rough and finish carpentry. Experienced in structural framing, subfloors, drywall patch, interior trim, cabinetry, and installing custom doors.
• Painters: High-end interior and exterior residential painting. Quality masking, surface prep, rolling, and airless sprayer operation with clean, sharp lines.
• Exterior Remodeling Techs: Hardworking installers fully proficient in roofing (tear-offs, shingles, flashing), siding (vinyl, composite, Hardie board, fascia/soffit), and architectural window/door replacements.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 1+ years of hands-on, professional trade experience.
• Mobility: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation capable of commuting to job sites throughout Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana.
• Gear: Possession of your own standard hand tools and basic power tools of your trade.
• Reliability: Punctual, safety-minded, and comfortable interacting professionally with homeowners and site managers.
