Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for building, installing, repairing, and restoring structures with precision and safety in mind. Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
• Operate hand tools and power tools for woodworking, framing, trim carpentry, drywall installation, and fixture mounting.
• Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for construction site activities.
• Install siding, doors, windows, flooring, tile, stucco, and other building materials with attention to detail.
• Assist with concrete forming, rebar installation, plastering, water damage restoration, mold remediation, and general remodeling projects.
• Conduct safety procedures including power tool safety checks and proper handling of construction materials.
• Support fabrication tasks such as cutting wood or metal components using woodworking machines and metal stud framing techniques.

Requirements

• Proven construction experience with a focus on residential carpentry or general building projects.
• Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings accurately.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools for woodworking and metal framing equipment.
• Knowledge of wood construction materials including drywall, siding, trim, flooring, tile laying, and stucco.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on active construction sites.
• Experience with fixture installation, door hanging, painting preparation, caulking, plastering, and drywall finishing.
• Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus but not required.
• Strong understanding of power tool safety protocols and proper handling of woodworking machines.
• Construction site experience including framing (metal or wood), restoration work, rebar installation, mold remediation or water damage restoration is highly desirable.

Pay: $16.00 - $38.00 per hour
