Duties

• Main duty is to set up job site and load and clean after
• Use hand tools and power tools for woodworking, framing, trim carpentry, cabinet installation, and fixture mounting
• Perform heavy lifting of materials such as wood construction materials, drywall sheets, masonry blocks, or rebar for concrete forming
• Install siding, flooring, tile, drywall, and other finishing components with precision
• Support site safety by adhering to power tool safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment
• Must be able to work in all conditions (Indoor/Outdoor)

Skills

• Proficiency with hand tools (hammers, saws, chisels) and power tools (drills, saws for framing)
• Experience in residential carpentry including framing, trim work, cabinet installation, and remodeling projects
• Heavy lifting techniques safely
• Knowledge of construction site safety standards including power tool safety practices
• Experience in siding installation, drywall, caulking, tile laying, flooring installation or wood(decks) framing is desirable
• Hands-on experience in the restoration industry or handyman tasks is advantageous

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
