Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter, painter with at least 3 years field experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years experience in carpentry and/or painting. Able to work together and also alone. Must have a valid drivers license and working vehicle. Must be willing and able to be flexible with daily tasks. One day you may be painting and the next carpentry

Duties

• Perform carpentry tasks such as demo, framing, trim, doors, fixture installation, drywall, spackling, painting and landscaping duties on occasion

• Utilize hand tools proficiently to complete assigned tasks.

• Construct, repair, and install structures and fixtures.

Skills

• Proficiency in using hand tools for carpentry work.

• Familiarity with caulking, fixture installation, and basic carpentry/landscaping work.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week

Experience:

• Carpentry/Landscaping: 3 years (Preferred)
