Are you a skilled carpenter who takes pride in quality workmanship? We are looking for reliable, motivated carpenters to join our team across a strong pipeline of residential, commercial, and modular construction projects.

About the Role

You will work on a variety of projects, from new residential builds and renovations to commercial fit-outs and modular construction. Depending on your experience, you may work independently or as part of a crew, interpreting plans, completing carpentry tasks to specification, and helping projects stay safe, tidy, and on programme.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out first-fix, second-fix, finishing, and general carpentry work
• Working across residential, commercial, and modular building projects
• Reading and interpreting plans, drawings, and specifications
• Installing framing, cladding, linings, doors, windows, cabinetry, and finishing details
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and site presentation
• Working effectively with site managers, subcontractors, and other trades
• Identifying issues early and contributing practical solutions

What We’re Looking For

• Proven carpentry experience in residential, commercial, or modular construction
• A relevant trade qualification is preferred, but solid practical experience will also be considered
• Confidence reading plans and completing work accurately
• Your own basic tools and reliable transport
• A strong commitment to health and safety
• Good communication, reliability, and a positive attitude
• The legal right to work in New Zealand
