In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining structures and fixtures using a variety of carpentry techniques. Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, assemble, and install building materials with precision using hand tools and power tools.
• Fabricate custom components and joinery pieces to specifications for various construction projects.
• Perform roofing tasks including framing, shingling, and waterproofing to ensure structural integrity.
• Assist with heavy lifting and material handling to support safe and efficient workflow on-site.
• Conduct construction painting to prepare surfaces for finishing or protection.
• Support plumbing, masonry, and electrical work as needed to coordinate integrated building systems.
• Follow safety protocols rigorously while working at heights or in confined spaces; maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in carpentry, joinery, fabrication, and assembly within construction environments.
• Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, chisels, hammers, levels, and measuring devices.
• Familiarity with power tools including drills, sanders, nail guns, and saws.
• Knowledge of roofing techniques, heavy lifting procedures, construction painting, plumbing basics, masonry work, and electrical experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or in challenging conditions.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards.
