Position Summary

Beyond Clean Solutions is looking for an experienced and dependable Carpet Cleaner to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with professional carpet-cleaning equipment and techniques and takes pride in delivering high-quality results and excellent customer service.

This position will service both residential and commercial properties in Jacksonville, Yulee, Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island, St. Augustine

Responsibilities

• Perform professional carpet cleaning and extraction services.
• Inspect carpets and identify stains, spots, odors, and areas requiring special treatment.
• Select and apply appropriate cleaning products and techniques.
• Operate, clean, and properly maintain professional carpet-cleaning equipment.
• Protect furniture, flooring, walls, and other property during service.
• Communicate professionally with customers and address questions regarding services.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment.
• Follow company safety procedures and service standards.
• Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality results.
• Represent Beyond Clean Solutions in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Previous professional carpet-cleaning experience required.
• Knowledge of carpet-cleaning methods, products, and equipment.
• Experience with carpet extraction equipment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel to: Jacksonville, Yulee, Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island, St. Augustine
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good customer-service and communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment.
