Job Overview

The Founding Carpet Cleaning Technician will be a key member of the team and will have the opportunity to grow and lead the team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality services and top-tier customer service to our customers.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide high-quality home services such as shampooing and sanitizing carpet
• Go above and beyond to surprise and delight customers (ex: genuinely caring about our customers, leaving handwritten notes, etc)

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience preferred
• Honest, trustworthy, dependable
• A determination to give the best customer experience possible
• Desire to grow
• Punctuality
• Solid communication skills
• Physical ability to work with your hands and be on your feet for extended periods
• Sales experience is a plus

Location

This is an in-person role and you’ll need to be able to work in Utah Or Salt Lake County.
