What You'll Do

• Professionally clean carpets, upholstery, stairs, and other surfaces in residential and commercial properties.
• Deliver friendly, attentive customer service from arrival through completion.
• Communicate clearly with customers about the cleaning process and expected results.
• Operate and maintain professional cleaning equipment.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate cleaning services without high-pressure sales tactics.
• Work alongside other technicians to complete jobs efficiently and thoroughly.
• Take pride in the little details that make a great customer experience.

Previous carpet cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.

Schedule & Location

• Starting location: Spring Lake Park, Minnesota
• Service area: Twin Cities metro
• Typical start time: 8:45 AM
• Typical end time: Between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, depending on the day's schedule
• Daily hours may vary based on customer appointments and workload.

Compensation

• Base pay of $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Performance-based bonuses and additional compensation opportunities.
• Potential total earnings of $30–$35 per hour when applicable bonuses and additional compensation are earned.
• Paid training.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Ability to perform physically active work, including lifting equipment, climbing stairs, bending, and standing for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work professionally inside customers' homes and businesses.
• Strong communication skills.
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation to our starting location.
