Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality commercial cleaning and restoration of carpets, upholstery, and hard surface floors.
• Safely operate and navigate a medium-duty company truck to and from commercial facility client sites.
• Operate and maintain high-powered commercial floor care equipment.
• Utilize basic mechanical skills to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on equipment and trucks.
• Uphold company standards of honesty, care, and security while working after hours.

Shift & Schedule Details

• Shift Type: Dedicated 2nd and/or 3rd shift (Night Crew), varying based on commercial customer needs.
• Hours: Mix of 8-hour to 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional carpet cleaning or floor care experience (Required).
• Equipment Experience: Prior experience operating an Aerotech truckmount is highly preferred.
• Driving Skills: Confident and experienced in driving medium-duty trucks (Required).
• Technical Skills: Basic mechanical skills for minor equipment/truck upkeep (Required).
• License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required).
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Certification: IICRC Certification is highly preferred.
• Attributes: Must take pride in your work, be attentive to detail, and excel at independent night-shift work.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
