Carpet Cleaning Technician

Overview

janitorial services, floor care, and delivering exceptional service. Requires

approximately 12 days of travel per year. Must have a clean driving record and able to

pass a background check and a drug test.

Duties

 Operate carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, buffers, and other cleaning equipment

efficiently to deep-clean carpets and hard floors.

 Handle chemical agents safely, including floor cleaning chemicals, floor waxing

solutions, and floor refinishing products.

 Perform thorough carpet cleaning, floor buffing, waxing, and refinishing to

maintain high standards of cleanliness.

 Conduct manual handling tasks such as moving furniture or heavy cleaning

equipment to access all areas effectively.

Requirements

 Ability to handle floor cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly while following

safety protocols.

 Physical capability for heavy lifting, manual handling, and standing for extended

periods during shifts.

 Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality results in floor care and

environmental standards.

 Hard worker with a positive attitude towards teamwork and occasional client

interaction.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
