Carpet Cleaning Technician - Full Time

Pay: $19–$20/hour + overtime (1.5x over 40 hrs) + tips & commissions ($1,000–$2,000/yr) — plus a $2,400/yr health care stipend, bonuses, and a retention bonus (see below)

Total first-year pay: $44,000–$47,000 (wages, overtime, tips, commission, health stipend and bonus)

Top Care Cleaning has cleaned West Michigan's carpets (and windows, roofs, gutters and more) since 1980. What you'll do

• Clean carpets, upholstery, tile and floors in homes and businesses using truck-mounted and portable equipment
• Spot tough stains and use the right treatments to get great results
• Drive a company vehicle to job sites and represent Top Care professionally in customers' homes
• Load, prep and take care of your equipment and work vehicle, and cross-train across our other divisions — more skills means more hours and more opportunity

What we offer

What we're looking for

• Reliable, hard-working, and good with customers in their homes
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, no DUIs (you'll drive our vehicles)
• Able to do physical work: lifting up to about 50 lbs, hauling hoses and equipment, bending, on your feet
• Must pass a background check (fair-chance applicants welcome — a record won't automatically disqualify you)
• Experience is a plus but not required

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, with some overtime in busy months and occasional short weekend work (0–2 times/month, usually ~4 hours). Steadiest hours May–Dec, lighter Jan–March, full-time across the year.
