Duties

• Lead and supervise the store team, providing clear direction, coaching, and motivation to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies, promoting products and services to maximize revenue
• Maintain high standards of customer service by training staff on communication skills, phone etiquette, and product knowledge
• Oversee visual merchandising to create attractive displays that enhance product appeal and drive customer engagement
• Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and adjust strategies accordingly to meet business goals
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards at all times

Experience

• Proven management experience within retail environments, preferably in flooring or home improvement sectors
• Demonstrated supervising experience with a strong track record of leading teams successfully
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable for diverse customer interactions
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Experience in merchandising, sales management, and retail administration is preferred
• Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities such as motivation, problem-solving, and decision-making under pressure
• Prior experience in team management roles involving training staff and overseeing daily operations is essential

Pay: £25,420.00-£57,222.67 per year
