Job Description

Mission Resort + Club is seeking a Pro Shop Attendant to join our team! Located in the rolling hills of Lake County, the award-winning, Mission Resort features deluxe accommodations, four distinct restaurants, two 18-hole championship golf courses, a luxury spa, and a wide range of recreational activities. We pride ourselves on delivering superior service and unrivaled hospitality.

As part of MMI Hotel Group, a company with over 69 years of experience in the industry, We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented team member to join our golf operations team and help create an exceptional experience for members, resort guests, and public players. If you enjoy working outdoors, love the game of golf, and are passionate about customer service, this could be the perfect fit for you!

In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the cart barn and fleet, managing the range and practice areas, assisting with tournament setup and breakdown, and monitoring pace of play. You’ll also have the opportunity to interact with guests and help ensure their visit is smooth, enjoyable, and memorable.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong customer service skills and a solid understanding of golf. Prior hospitality or golf operations experience is preferred. This position requires physical activity such as lifting up to 30 lbs., walking, and kneeling, and is based outdoors in all weather conditions.
