Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha and Micros to process retail sales transactions accurately
• Manage customer orders efficiently while upselling menu items to boost sales and enhance guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen equipment, and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
• Handle cash register operations, process cash and card payments, and manage cash handling procedures responsibly
• Assist with food safety management by following proper food handling, storage, and sanitation protocols
• Support team members during peak hours by providing excellent customer service and ensuring quick service delivery

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurant environments is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha and Micros is advantageous
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
• Retail sales experience or grocery store background is a plus
• Food preparation skills combined with culinary experience are beneficial
