CASA/Customer Servicing Integration Analyst

As a CASA/Customer Servicing Integration Analyst, you will analyse and support integration requirements across Current and Savings Accounts, customer information, deposit servicing, and related banking services. You will help ensure reliable data and transaction flows between core banking and connected platforms across digital channels, CRM, payments, AML/KYC, finance, and reporting.

What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed

• Gather, analyse, validate, and document requirements across CASA, customer information, account opening, deposit servicing, standing instructions, direct debit, and related customer service processes.
• Map current-state and target-state customer journeys and operational workflows across branch, operations, digital, and assisted service channels.
• Define integration requirements between core banking and customer information, digital banking, CRM, payments, card, AML/KYC, data warehouse, general ledger, and regulatory reporting systems.
• Prepare interface specifications, source-to-target mappings, data transformation and validation rules, exception handling, and reconciliation requirements.
• Support fit-gap analysis and solution design across customer, account, product, limits, holds, fees, interest, status, and transaction processing.
• Develop SIT, integration, regression, and UAT scenarios, coordinating business validation and supporting defect analysis and resolution.
• Validate end-to-end journeys covering onboarding, account opening, customer maintenance, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, standing instructions, account restrictions, and closure.
• Work with operations, branch banking, product, digital, payments, compliance, finance, technology, and vendor teams throughout delivery.
• Maintain requirements traceability, interface inventories, data definitions, business rules, decisions, risks, and dependencies.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, implementation readiness, cutover, post-go-live stabilisation, and user knowledge transfer.

We’d Love to Hear From You If...

Experience

• You have 8–10 years of experience in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• You have at least 3 – 5 years in banking and financial services, including 3 years in CASA, deposits, customer servicing, core banking analysis, or system integration.
• You have strong knowledge of Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, customer information, deposit operations, account servicing, payments, transfers, and branch operations.
• You have experience preparing business requirements, functional specifications, interface documents, data mappings, process flows, and test scenarios.
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• You have experience with data migration, customer deduplication, account conversion, and post-migration reconciliation is preferred.
• You have experience working in Agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments is preferred.

Technical Expertise

• You understand customer onboarding, KYC/AML controls, customer and account data quality, and reconciliation practices.
• You have experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE, Temenos Transact, Finacle, or an equivalent core banking platform is preferred.
• You understanding of APIs, middleware, enterprise service bus, event-driven architecture, and batch integration is preferred.
