Case Administrator

The Chapter 13 Trustee for the Eastern District of North Carolina, Raleigh Division, is seeking applicants for employment as a Case Administrator. This position requires utilizing case management software to receive, review, analyze, and report on various schedules and motions filed in chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. The strongest candidates for this position will be those with prior experience in the field of consumer bankruptcy law. Candidates must possess strong reading comprehension skills, along with an ability to communicate via written correspondence effectively and precisely, and work comfortably under continuous, on-going deadlines. Strong organization skills and basic mathematical proficiency are also required. The ability to work remotely is possible but not guaranteed. Applicants must be willing to submit to criminal and credit background checks, drug screening, and other testing to ascertain their level of mathematical skill and writing ability. Salary is commensurate with skill and experience.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
