• Working hours: *

Mon - Thursday from 0800hrs to 1730hrs (including 1 hour lunch break)

Friday from 0800hrs -1700hrs.

• Job scope: *
• Manage and resolve enquiries from service personnel relating to *service schemes, benefits, medical/dental entitlements and contracts via phone, email and online channels.*
• Administer service schemes such as retention bonuses, including eligibility checks, processing and disbursement.
• Verify and update E-HR and related system records, ensuring accurate benefits, payments and dependants’ information.
• Investigate data discrepancies and system issues, and coordinate with IT/operations teams for resolution.
• Handle appeals, complaints and escalations in accordance with Government and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure cases are resolved within stipulated KPIs/SLAs.
• Support team targets including call handling, first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Requirements: *
• Singapore Citizen
• Relevant experience in customer service, case management, HR/admin or benefits administration preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Meticulous, organised and able to manage multiple cases independently
• Comfortable working with systems and handling sensitive information
