Case Aide

• Administering of all client breathalyzers.?

• Complete all mandatory agency trainings within required time limits.

• Interface with Parole Officers.?

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics:

Knowledge Of:

• Electronic Healthcare Record systems.

• General office software, particularly Microsoft Office Suite

Ability To:

• Interact effectively with representatives of funding sources and referral agencies.

• Analyze and solve problems effectively and efficiently.

• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

• Manage priorities to meet deadlines and demonstrate multi-tasking skills.

• Work and make decisions independently.

• Assimilate new information and technology.

Education and Experience:

• Associates Degree or related experience within the criminal justice environment.

• Experience within the criminal justice environment.

• Satisfactory completion of the introductory employment period.

Other:

• Must be: ethical, self-motivated, dependable/reliable and detailed oriented.

• Must be able to interface easily with clients, staff, and other management.

• Must be able to meet routine office physical demands including climbing stairs, carrying up to 20 pounds objects and possessing the dexterity and vision to operate office computers and equipment.

• Must possess a Valid driver's license.
