Case Assistant

Growing local tax firm is currently accepting applications for part-time entry-level time case assistant position. Job responsibilities include handling incoming calls, handling mail, talking to existing clients and ensure cases are worked properly, document preparation and providing support to Case Manager(s). Tax firm works with the Internal Revenue Service and State Organization on tax liability matters. Working knowledge of IRS collections and resolution agreements preferred but not required.

Candidates will work between 20-40 hours a week at Carlsbad office. Office experience preferred. We will provide additional training on all aspects of client representation duties and responsibilities. Awesome work environment with growth opportunities available. Must live locally, in San Diego County.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of Microsoft office required
• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat required
