Case Audit Assistant / Associate

Bruno’s Services Corporation is a well-known full-service barbershop with over 30 years of experience. Bruno’s Barbers is recognized for delivering premium, classic, and reliable grooming services for men of all ages.

Core Responsibilities

The role aims to detect, assess and escalate potential fraud incidents in a timely and accurate manner, while ensuring that investigation and findings are properly documented and aligned with internal policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilties

1. Fraud Monitoring

• Investigate identified and potential fraudulent cases which may occur thru store audit related cases, accounting findings or thru Whistle Blower Program.
• Analyze transactions and data for anomalies and patterns to identify potential fraud

2. Fraud Investigation and Detection

• Validate daily store transactions thru Services Invoices, BMS and CCTV video footage to validate authenticity of declared transactions
• Conduct interviews and execute Incident Reports to gather admissible evidence

3. Fraud Escalation

• Escalate confirmed or suspected fraud cases in accordance with internal audit policies and guidelines
• Prepare case-audit report to formalize identified fraud case

4. Data Analysis

• Perform data analysis to identify suspicious patterns, repeat offenders or systemic vulnerabilities
• Assist in implementing fraud prevention and loss-mitigation measures

5. Documentation, Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain complete, accurate and audit-ready fraud investigation records
• Support internal audits, regulatory examinations, and management reporting
• Ensure compliance with fraud risk policies, procedures and ethical standards

6. Ad-hoc Audit assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Internal Audit, Finance or any related course
• Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant experience in Internal Auditing
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Will to travel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
