Case Filing Officer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Case Filing Officer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an immigration consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end filing and documentation for European Work Permits, Student Visas, Visit Visas, Australia PR, and Canada PR.
• Review and verify client documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Manage case trackers, databases, MIS, and client data with accuracy.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for pending documents and case updates.
• Ensure timely filing, proper documentation, and regular case follow-up.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate records of all cases.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant immigration consultancy experience.
• Hands-on experience in visa/PR case filing and documentation.
• Strong analytical and data management skills, with experience working on case data, MIS, or reports.
• Good command of MS Excel, CRM, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple cases.
• Proactive, responsible, and deadline-oriented approach.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
