Medcare Rehab Limited is a leading provider of rehabilitation and diagnostics for personal injury claimants across the UK. Due to continued growth we are looking for a Case Handler to join our team in Clevedon, North Somerset. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused team player who is looking for a rewarding opportunity in a busy office environment.

Our Case Handlers provide outstanding customer service to solicitors and their clients within the personal injury claims process, identifying the right medical specialist for every case and arranging appointments and results with compassion, care, and attention to detail.

We are looking for a candidate with:

· Enthusiasm for customer service and proven experience in a service-providing role

· Confidence speaking to the public, as well as to legal and medical professionals

· Solid working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel

· Excellent prioritisation and organisation skills

· Strong written communication skills

· Determination to resolve problems through effective decision-making

· Self-motivation and willingness to learn

· Experience in the legal or medical sector is not essential, but would be an advantage
