Case Management Executive

About the role

This is a contract position focused on managing public feedback for government services. You will triage, assess, and route feedback to appropriate agencies while responding to public enquiries and ensuring cases are handled efficiently within required timelines.

Job Summary:

• Employment type: Minimum 6-month Contract
• Working hours: Mon-Thurs, 8.30am to 6pm, Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Working location: Maxwell

Key responsibilities

• Triage and manage public feedback received
• Assess and route feedback to the appropriate government agency accurately and promptly
• Respond to feedback and enquiries submitted by members of the public
• Contact members of the public to clarify feedback or obtain additional information when required
• Ensure feedback cases are handled efficiently and accurately within the required timelines

About you

• Possess a minimum of A' level or diploma qualification
• Experience in feedback management, case management or triaging is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills when engaging with members of the public
• Good attention to detail with the ability to assess information accurately and make appropriate referrals
• Able to work independently and manage multiple cases in a timely manner
• Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months, up to 12 months
