Case Management Supervisor

Reporting directly to the Manager of Case Management, you'll oversee the daily operations of the Case Management department, ensuring high-quality care, operational excellence, and a supportive environment where team members can thrive.

What You'll Do

As the Supervisor of Case Management, you will:

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of case management professionals.
• Oversee department operations, workflows, and staffing to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop talented team members.
• Evaluate staff performance and competencies while providing coaching, feedback, and professional development.
• Design and enhance staff education and development programs.
• Manage staff scheduling and resource allocation to support departmental goals.
• Monitor departmental performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Foster a collaborative, patient-centered culture focused on excellence and compassionate care.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing (one degree must be in Nursing).
• Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
• Certified Case Manager (CCM) credential.
• At least 1 year of management or leadership experience.
