Case Manager - 278

Social Vocational Services is seeking applicants for the position of Case Management. As a Case Manager, you will provide case management services for individuals with intellectual and acquired disabilities. The Case Manager major responsibilities include the following but not limited to:

• Assist in development of client objectives
• Set up and monitor client files
• Participate in client service planning meetings
• Write reports on client progress
• Communicate effectively with caseworkers

Available Position:

• Full-Time position
• Hours: 08am- 04:30pm

Must be flexible to work weekdays, weekends, mornings, afternoon, and night shifts

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a Criminal Background check and job-related physical
• Must possess a California driver’s license
• Must own a vehicle with proof of liability insurance
• Must be a team player, responsible, and reliable.

$750 hiring bonus after 60th day of full attendance (must work full shift to be counted towards the 60 days).
