What they need
New York Community Care is looking to hire a Cantonese or Mandarin Speaking Case Manager Assistant for our Brooklyn office. As a Case Manager Assistant, you will play an integral part of the agency. Our agency has won numerous awards for employee satisfaction and patient care.
The primary purpose of the Case Manager Assistant is to schedule patients, greet patients, create and update patient files and accurately to ensure the patient’s visit is smooth. The scope of the work encompasses a variety of clerical duties which promote effective and efficient operation of the practice and fosters favorable public relations with patients, home health aides and caregivers. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
