Case Manager Assistant

Houston area law firm is hiring a Case Manager Assistant. PLEASE NOTE: Candidates must have prior experience in a personal injury law firm, insurance, or customer service focused role.

• Assist with new client intake, gathering information and setting up new files
• File and manage claims with insurance carriers from the outset of representation
• Handle property damage claims, including coordinating vehicle repairs, rental cars, and total loss issues
• Request and follow-up on medical bills and records from providers throughout treatment
• Provide general legal and administrative assistance to the case manager and attorneys
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering prompt, courteous, and professional customer service
• Proactively keep clients informed and updated on the status of their case
• Maintain organized, accurate, and up to date case files and records
