Case Manager Assistant

The Opportunity

As our Case Manager Assistant in our Personal Injury department, you will have the opportunity to support our Case Managers as they build and develop our clients' cases. This is an entry-level role, and you'll receive hands-on training from our team as you learn the ropes of personal injury case management.

Accountable For

• Assist Case Managers with opening claims with insurance companies, health insurance subrogation departments, and MediCAL/CARE.
• Request and organize medical records, police reports, and provider bills on clients' behalf.
• Verify balances with providers.
• Draft and send correspondence to clients as needed.
• Maintain regular client communication and provide general office support.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Detail-oriented with a positive, client-service outlook.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage a high volume of personal injury cases.
• Filevine or similar case management software experience is a plus.

Compensation

• $23.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience
