Case Manager- Bilingüe

We are seeking an experienced Case Manager with a strong background in Personal Injury law, will be responsible for managing and coordinating cases involving clients who have suffered accidents or physical injuries. This role serves as the primary point of contact between clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies, ensuring cases progress efficiently and within established deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from intake to settlement or litigation.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide case updates.
• Collect and organize relevant medical, police, and legal documentation.
• Coordinate medical appointments and follow up on treatment plans.
• Request and review medical records and billing statements.
• Communicate with insurance companies to verify coverage and assist with claim negotiations (as authorized).
• Prepare case files for demand packages, settlement negotiations, or litigation.
• Support attorneys in preparing documentation and meeting procedural deadlines.
• Maintain accurate and updated records in the case management system.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal procedures.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in personal injury case management, law firm, or insurance setting.
• Experience handling medical records and insurance claims.
