Case Manager

Company Description The Law Offices of Kim, Au & Associates, APC is a Los Angeles-based Personal Injury law firm with approximately 40 in-house employees.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Case Manager role based in Los Angeles, CA. The Case Manager will support attorneys by organizing case files, maintaining accurate records, and tracking critical deadlines. Daily responsibilities include communicating with clients, collecting and reviewing documents, and coordinating with external parties such as medical providers, insurers, or opposing counsel as needed. The role also involves preparing and updating case summaries, assisting with drafting routine correspondence and forms, and ensuring that all case information is properly documented in the firm’s systems. The Case Manager will help move cases forward efficiently, escalate issues when necessary, and contribute to a supportive, client-centered office environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
• Strong organizational and case management abilities, including file maintenance, deadline tracking, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with office software and case management systems, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database entry.
• Prior experience in a law firm or legal support role (such as case manager, legal assistant, or paralegal) is preferred.
• Familiarity with personal injury litigation is required.

Compensation

• $60,000 to $75,000 - annually
• Firm offers comprehensive bonus structure

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
