Case Manager – Caldwell Recovery Center (CRC)

Location: Caldwell, Idaho

About the Position

Caldwell Recovery Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our behavioral health team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals affected by substance use disorders and behavioral health challenges and be committed to helping clients build stability and successfully navigate recovery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field such as Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Behavioral Health, or a similar discipline.
• Previous experience working in the behavioral health and/or substance abuse treatment field required.
• Strong understanding of substance use disorders and recovery services.
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, families, treatment providers, and community resources.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services to CRC clients.
• Assist clients in identifying and addressing barriers to recovery.
• Develop and monitor individualized case management goals.
• Connect clients with appropriate community resources and support services.
• Assist with housing, employment, transportation, benefits, appointments, and other recovery-related needs.
• Coordinate with clinical staff and other treatment providers.
• Maintain accurate and timely client documentation.
• Participate in treatment planning and case coordination.
• Advocate for clients and assist them in navigating available resources.
• Monitor client progress and communicate significant concerns to the treatment team.
• Maintain professional boundaries and protect client confidentiality.
• Perform other duties related to case management and client support as assigned.

Compensation

$20–$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
