We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Case Manager.

Competitive Compensation

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Build positive relationships with clients, clinical staff and medical staff.
• Assists with FMLA, STD, Cobra, Legal Issues, etc.
• Participates in daily clinical staffing.
• Completes and assists with the initial intake of new admissions and conducts daily orientation for new admission.
• Coordinates discharge planning upon completion of guest's treatment.
• Completes initial and follow up assessments on every guest.
• Resolves conflicts through general and supportive advice.
• Maintains open communication line with facility staff, attending physicians and families.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18+ yrs. old
• Pass pre-employment drug screen

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
