What they need

Are you an experienced Case Manager, Rehabilitation Consultant, Allied Health Professional, or ACC specialist looking for a role where you can positively impact people's recovery journeys every day?

We're seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of work and non-work injury claims, partnering with clients, injured employees, healthcare providers, and ACC to achieve the best possible rehabilitation and return-to-work outcomes.

About the Role

As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of injury claims, ensuring services are delivered in line with ACC legislation, client service agreements, and quality standards. You'll work closely with a range of stakeholders to coordinate rehabilitation services, provide expert advice, and support positive recovery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of workplace and non-workplace injury claims.
  • Coordinate rehabilitation services and facilitate successful return-to-work outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, injured employees, medical providers, and ACC.
  • Ensure compliance with ACC legislation, service agreements, audit standards, and internal quality requirements.
  • Provide regular progress updates and reporting to clients and stakeholders.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding the Code of Claimant Rights.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and contribute to business growth.
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and health and safety excellence.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with outstanding relationship management skills. Ideally, you'll have:

  • Strong customer service focus with a genuine desire to help people and create positive experiences.
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of people.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a positive "can-do" attitude.
  • A quick learner who is eager to develop new skills and take on new challenges.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • ACC experience is not essential. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn.

Why Join Us?

Join a team where your work genuinely changes lives. You'll enjoy a supportive and collaborative environment, ongoing professional development opportunities, and exposure to a diverse range of clients and injury management scenarios. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your career within a growing and respected organisation while making a meaningful impact on the recovery journeys of injured people. We value our staff, and to show our appreciation, we offer a generous benefit package including:

  • Life insurance, income protection and medical insurance
  • Professional development, including study funding, paid study days and in-service training
  • Fully funded annual flu shots, eye check-ups, and access to confidential counselling services
  • Volunteer release time to support your choice of charity
  • Corporate discounts on goods and services
