We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Case Manager to join our growing team and help deliver a smooth, transparent, and professional client experience.

Role Overview

As a Case Manager at Mevaris, you will manage client cases from onboarding through the relevant stages of their immigration and global mobility journey. You will coordinate with clients, internal teams, and relevant professionals to ensure documentation is accurate, processes are followed, and applications progress efficiently. Key Responsibilities - Collect, review, and organize client documents and personal information. - Understand client profiles, qualifications, work experience, and immigration objectives. - Assist clients with immigration forms, documentation, and application requirements. - Coordinate with internal immigration consultants and relevant professionals. - Conduct research on applicable immigration programs, visa requirements, and regulations. - Prepare case summaries, document checklists, and submission-related correspondence. - Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. - Track application progress and ensure important deadlines are met. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records. - Provide clients with regular updates regarding their application status. - Coordinate document translations and other case-related requirements when necessary. - Identify missing information or potential documentation issues and escalate them to the appropriate team. - Maintain professional communication and provide timely support throughout the client journey. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in any relevant field. - 1–3 years of experience in immigration, visa processing, documentation, case management, or a related field. - Good understanding of documentation and administrative processes. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications. - Ability to manage multiple client cases and meet deadlines. - Strong attention to detail and a client-focused approach. Freshers with relevant knowledge and strong communication skills may also be considered.
